About Quality Time Pet Services

Quality Time is a professional full-time pet care service owned and operated by Marie Eden. We do our best in caring for your pets to give you peace of mind. We are bonded and insured for your and our protection. These documents will be presented to you at the initial consultation. Our hours of operation are 6am – 10pm 365 days a year. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am – 6pm. We currently serve about 200 clients in the Bowie-Crofton area. We can go to some further areas if schedules permit. Summer and holidays are busiest so please make reservations well in advance to insure a pet sitter for your pets needs. We currently have 4 pet-loving independent contractors that help us give your pets the Quality Time they deserve.

Marie Eden is the proud owner of Quality Time established in January 2001. Her and her husband,Mark, are both Bowieites that just can’t seem to leave town (can you relate?). Marie has grown up under her grandmother’s name Marie Birckhead who have both strived and worked hard in Bowie for many years and made the name well-known in the community. Marie graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. She worked at a local veterinary hospital for many years where she began pet sitting for the clients. The demand grew higher and Marie decided to venture off at the end of 2000 and did much research to bring the business to open on January 1, 2001. Marie and Mark are currently owned by Toby, a Jack Russell Terrier, Milly, an Akita mix, and their newest addition QT is a Maine Coon-looking kitty.
